As the principles are designed to be industry wide, Green Bond issuers and investors as well as banks are invited to apply for membership. Members shall be organizations that have issued, underwritten or placed, or invested in a Green Bond.

To be admitted as a Member, an organization applies in writing at greenbonds@icmagroup.org to the Secretariat and is approved by it.
