Covered bonds are in the news in 2017, with the European Commission set to deliver its verdict on harmonisation of frameworks, and questions over how the ECB winds down its purchase programme. The winners of The Covered Bond Report Awards for Excellence will be announced on the eve of the event, at the pre-conference reception on 31 May.
