ICMA member registration
Each ICMA member firm is encouraged to send at least one delegate to the event. The voting delegate and two further delegates from the member firm can attend free of charge (associate member firms may also send three delegates free of charge). For additional delegates, the cost of registration is EUR 400 (excl. VAT*). The fee of EUR 200 (excl. VAT*) applies to all accompanying persons (i.e. a delegate’s spouse or partner).
*Belgian VAT at 21% is applicable for all registrations.

Non-member registration
The ICMA conference will again be open to delegates from non-member firms as well as to ICMA members. Cost of registration for delegates is EUR 1,500 (excl. VAT*). The fee of EUR 500 (excl. VAT*) applies to all accompanying persons (i.e. a delegate’s spouse or partner).

Travel and accommodation

Proxy voting
ICMA hopes that all members will be able to attend the AGM in Brussels to participate in the elections to ICMA’s Board. However, should your firm be unable to send a delegate in person, we invite you to complete a proxy form so that your vote may be cast at the general meeting by your chosen proxy holder.
