This training programme aims to equip middle levels of management in the capital markets area with a comprehensive toolbox of managerial skills and attitudes that will allow them to tackle any modern managerial challenges in the financial sector with a clear head and a positive strategy.

The course looks to transform the way managers and staff work to bring about effective team working, and stimulate motivation and high team performance in an increasingly competitive marketplace - without compromising integrity. The course will use role-plays to examine management and leadership styles and their impact on others. Psychometric profiling will be used to help evaluate participants’ own management and leadership styles. Importantly participants will work on building a competency framework and linking it to the recruitment and performance appraisal process.

5+ candidates – 10% discount each*
