The ABBL conference on “Benchmarks Reform – The Transition to Risk-Free Rates and the Impact on the Luxembourg Financial Sector”, took place on Monday 18 March 2019 at the Luxembourg Chambre of Commerce.

In light of the recent entry into force of the European Benchmarks Regulation (BMR) and the current transition phase for the replacement of the traditional IBORs towards the new Risk-Free-Rates, the ABBL invited participants to take part in this conference focusing on the different issues that arise during the transition phase as well as the future for the Luxembourg financial market.
