This ICMA Future Leaders networking event geared at young professionals focused on how innovation is changing banking and how this is affecting careers.

Our keynote speaker, Daniel Klier, Group Head of Strategy and Global Head of Sustainable Finance, HSBC was joined by Richard Cohen, General Counsel and Head of Strategy, Nivaura and Chetan Tolia, Head of Digital Business Transformation, Strategic Development Lab, FX, Rates & Credit, UBS Investment Bank for a discussion about their own experiences, including tips for young professionals on how they can gear up for change and adapt their own career strategies, and covering issues as varied as work life balance and 'de-learning'.

The ICMA Future Leaders network is open to all employees of ICMA member firms.
