Event Overview

ICMA has played a central role in the development of international debt capital markets for five decades. Its Primary Market Handbook provides the recommendations on processes and documentation for the issuance of international securities. All the major constituencies active in the market, from borrowers (financial institutions, the public sector and corporates) to underwriters and investors are represented in ICMA’s working groups.

The ICMA Primary Market Forum, now in its 11th year, is the definitive event where issuers, syndicate banks, law firms and investors come together to discuss market trends and practices, regulatory developments and the overall outlook for the primary debt capital markets.
