Each ICMA member firm is encouraged to send at least one delegate to the event. Members are entitled to a number of free delegate passes according to their type of membership:
TIER 1 MEMBERS: 6 delegate passes
TIER 2 MEMBERS: 5 delegate passes
TIER 3 MEMBERS: 4 delegate passes
We are providing special discounted rates for 2022 to encourage wider attendance at the AGM & Conference following two years of absence due to the pandemic.
Additional member delegates (beyond free allowance):
EUR 750.00 + 20% Austrian VAT where applicable.
All accompanying persons (may attend the evening functions but will not be admitted into the conference):
EUR 250.00 + 20% Austrian VAT where applicable.
Virtual access - additional member delegates (beyond free allowance)*:
EUR 350.00 + 20% Austrian VAT where applicable.

Election of board members (full members only)
ICMA member firms will be invited to participate in the elections to ICMA's Board.
Elections to the board will take place from 08.00 to 09.00 by secret ballot at the voting station located at the registration desk.
The ballot form* listing the candidates nominated for the elections to the board by the AGM on June 9, 2022 in Vienna is available here and will also be available for collection at the registration desk at the event venue.
The list of candidates proposed by the nomination committee is now available for download.
*Please note: Your ICMA website username and password will be required to view this information. This will not be applicable if the username and password has already been added.
Proxy voting (full members only)
ICMA hopes that all members will be able to attend the AGM in Vienna to participate in the elections to ICMA’s Board. However, should your firm be unable to send a delegate in person, we invite you to complete a proxy form so that your vote may be cast at the general meeting by your chosen proxy holder.

Travel and accommodation
Delegates must organise and pay for their own travel and accommodation requirements, however we have arranged preferential rates of accommodation for delegates. Click here for more information and booking details.
Austria Covid requirements*
· Proof of full vaccination (at least 2 jabs) OR proof of past infection (the medical document needs to show the date of recovery – for guests from the UK: an NHS email/text of a positive test is not sufficient)
· OR a negative PCR test (valid for 72 hours) OR a negative LFT/antigen test (valid for 24 hours)
· This applies to arrivals from all countries.
· During your stay you no longer need proof of your "3-G" status.
· FFP 2 masks are only mandatory at train stations, airports and on public transport, including in taxis and in essentials shops.
