ICMA member registration
ICMA members are each allocated 3 free passes to attend the AGM & Conference 2023.
Additional member delegates (beyond free allowance):
EUR 1,500.00 + 20% French VAT where applicable.
All accompanying persons (may attend the evening functions but will not be admitted to the conference):
EUR 500.00. + 20% French VAT where applicable.

Board elections (full members only)
ICMA member firms will be invited to participate in the board elections.
The board elections will take place prior to the AGM on May 25, 2023, from 08:00 to 09:00 by secret ballot at the voting station located at the registration desk in the Hall Vivienne, on the ground floor of the Palais Brongniart.The list* with the candidates nominated by the nomination committee as candidates for the board elections on May 25, 2023, is available here.The ballot form* will be made available here in due course. Alternatively, the ballot form can be collected at the registration desk.
*Please note: Your ICMA website username and password will be required to view this information. This will not be applicable if the username and password has already been added.
Proxy voting (full members only)
ICMA hopes that all members will be able to attend the AGM in Paris to participate in the elections to ICMA’s Board. However, should your firm be unable to send a delegate in person, we invite you to complete a proxy form so that your vote may be cast at the general meeting by your chosen proxy holder.

Travel and accommodation
Delegates must organise and pay for their own travel and accommodation. We strongly encourage you to book your accommodation as soon as possible.
