Event Overview

This workshop from ICMA is an opportunity to hear from market participants about the challenges the fixed income market has experienced when implementing MiFID II and what needs to be adjusted in order for the market to benefit fully from its provisions, including enhanced transparency, research availability and best execution. There will also be a discussion on how MiFID II has become a catalyst for change in the evolution of electronic bond trading across Europe.

It will be particularly useful for bond trading participants who are focused on transparency, best execution and the research obligations of MiFID II/R, as well as the newly emerging trends in market structure; including innovative protocols, platforms and research distribution. Panels will feature international and local experts from the buy-side and sell-side and local regulators.
