Save the Date for the inaugural ICMA Women’s Network Event in Madrid!

Join the ICMA Women’s Network for its inaugural event in Madrid, in which a panel of inspirational industry figures discuss their career paths and how they managed their progression. With the benefit of insights from a professional consultant, they consider how unconscious bias in the workplace affects career development, and influences our opportunities and the ability to network successfully. The panel will also consider how to manage unconscious bias, and the advice they would give their younger selves for boosting confidence and raising profile.

The IWN provides an impartial and open forum to discuss issues relevant to professional women in the international capital market and gives members the opportunity to build their network and focus on their career progression.

IWN holds networking events throughout the year in the main financial centres of Europe, usually focused around themes related to career development in capital markets; these are open to all employees from ICMA member firms, regardless of gender.

This event will be conducted in Spanish. Registrations will begin from 17.30 and speeches will commence at 18.15.
