All of ICMA Executive Education’s classroom based programmes are non-residential, meaning candidates are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation.
Course materials will be provided to candidates (where necessary) in electronic format prior to the start of programme. Please ensure that you have access to this document during the course by either printing off a copy or by downloading it on your laptop, iPad or tablet. No hard copies of course material are provided.
Where specified, candidates are required to bring any additional equipment (for example, a bond calculator for the ICMA Fixed Income Certificate programme) at their own expense.
ICMA Executive Education is pleased to offer the following discount for its courses:
5+ delegates attending the same course from the same company will receive a 5% discount on the total fees. This discount is available to both ICMA member and non-member firms.
Candidate Cancellation Charges
All classroom-based courses are subject to the following candidate cancellation charges:
- 1-7 calendar days: 50% of the gross course fee
- Course start date or thereafter: no refund will be given
Refunds will only be processed after the completion of the relevant course and after the return of any course material already provided to you. Any such material must be returned undamaged and at your own expense.
Registrations for online courses are non-transferable and non-refundable.
ICMA Executive Education reserves the right to cancel any of its courses at any time up to one working day prior to the commencement of the course.
In the event of ICMA Executive Education cancelling one of its training courses, if payment of the course fee has already been made, the course fee will be credited to the institution or individual who has made the payment. ICMA Executive Education is not liable for any costs associated with travel and accommodation in the event of a course cancellation.
