The AMIC Primary Market Working Group was launched in June 2018, to act as a forum for buy-side members of ICMA to discuss primary market issues and to engage with ICMA’s syndicate and issuer members.
The first meeting was held on 13 June, where the group agreed to create a list of “announcement terms”, useful to be disclosed when deals are announced by syndicate managers to investors.
