ICMA Members are each allocated 3 free passes to attend the AGM & Conference 2024.
Complimentary passes are provided to the buyside and to young professionals in the early stages of their career.
Additional member delegates (beyond free allowance):
EUR 1,500.00 + Belgian VAT where applicable.

Board elections (full members only)
ICMA member firms will be invited to participate in the board elections.
The board elections will take place prior to the AGM on May 23, 2024, from 08:00 to 09:00 by secret ballot at the voting station located in the Registration Hall, Level -1 at the SQUARE – Brussels Convention Centre.
The list* with the candidates nominated by the nomination committee as candidates for the board elections on May 23, 2024, is available here.

Proxy voting (full members only)
ICMA hopes that all members will be able to attend the AGM in Paris to participate in the elections to ICMA’s Board. However, should your firm be unable to send a delegate in person, we invite you to complete a proxy form so that your vote may be cast at the general meeting by your chosen proxy holder.

Non-member registration

ICMA welcomes participation from the press at its events.
