Members of ICMA’s Switzerland and Liechtenstein are invited to attend its annual meeting which will review the membership and activities of the region as well as provide the opportunity to discuss capital market topics of most concern to Swiss and Liechtenstein members.  The meeting will include a panel discussion on debt primary markets entitled “Market trends and regulatory initiatives in the debt primary markets” which will present the latest market practices, from investor meetings to allocation, as well as the different regulatory developments affecting the debt primary markets, namely the Prospectus Directive, the Market Abuse Directive, FATCA and PRIPS.

A cocktail reception will follow, providing an opportunity to meet other members in the region.

The event is open to all ICMA member firms in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
