DZ BANK AG Deutsche Zentral-Genossenschaftsbank, Frankfurt am Main, is majority-owned by those who work directly with it - the approximate 800 cooperative banks in Germany. As a central bank and central institution, its mandate is to support the business of the many independent cooperative banks in the regions and to strengthen their competitive position. The combination of local customer knowledge and central product expertise has proved to be highly effective.

DZ BANK's range of services extends from traditional and innovative products, structuring and issues, to trading and sales in the equity and bond markets. In addition, as a corporate bank, DZ BANK serves companies and institutions that require a supra-regional banking partner.

Debt Capital Markets
DZ BANK is a leading German dealerbank in the DCM business. The global presence with public sector issuers (SSA) as well as financial institutions is supplemented by a deep expertise with corporate issuers of the DACH region. The DCM department consolidates DCM origination, syndication, private placement and ESG advisory units to ensure its clients receive a complete set of services.

The bank’s DCM franchise is guided by the investment criteria of the all-important client base amongst cooperative and institutional investors in Germany, Europe and Asia. Accordingly, issuers of investment grade quality, Covered Bonds and SSA-transactions are at the centre of the bank’s DCM business. The product spectrum is complete and includes Bearer Bonds (private & public), promissory notes (Corporate Schuldschein as well as NSVs) and the associated cross currency and interest rate derivatives.

We are certain: with solidarity, confidence and cooperation at eye level, we can master any situation.
