Overview
The first ever joint event of the ICMA Women’s Network (IWN) and the ICMA Future Leaders (IFL).
Join us at this joint event of the IWN and IFL, where we will be exploring the future of work. We are on the cusp of a potentially seismic change in the way we work, with competing forces such as AI and technology accelerating at an unprecedented rate. But how can we keep pace with these developments and future-proof our own career prospects? Our expert speakers will consider the workplace of the future and the need for dynamic planning, the importance of making educated decisions for our careers while maintaining flexibility and adapting management styles, and the benefits of undergoing supplementary education and learning additional skills.
Admission: This in-person event is free to attend; however, it is only open to ICMA members. All genders welcome. Register now.
Check if you work for an ICMA member firm here.
