Launch of the ICMA Brussels Portal
We are delighted to announce the launch of the ICMA Brussels Portal, a dedicated area that highlights the key initiatives and engagement conducted by the International Capital Market Association (ICMA) at pan-European policy level.
This is ICMA members' gateway to key European and international policy developments in debt capital markets, both at European Union (EU) level and across European local markets.
It provides insights into:
- activities and events hosted at our ICMA Brussels office including video recordings of our ICMA Brussels Roundtables
- recent ICMA policy, market and educational initiatives, including the work of the Regulatory Policy Committee (RPC), one of the core strategic bodies within ICMA
- major European policy initiatives affecting the capital markets such as the Capital Markets Union (CMU) / Savings and Investments Union (SIU), Market Integration and Supervision Package (MISP) and Banking Competitiveness
- ICMA’s Education & Training initiatives
The "About Europe" section also introduces some of the fundamentals of the European political and institutional architecture.
