Important information for ICMA members
This year's AGM will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, from 15:00 to approx. 17:00.
AGM attendance and voting
Full Members are requested to send one voting delegate to the Annual General Meeting for election of board members and for any other votes that may take place at the meeting. Please confirm with your Principle Delegate if a voting delegate has been registered.
Pricing
All Membership Tiers have 3 free passes to attend the AGM & Conference 2026. The 3 free passes are limited to physical attendance only.
Additional member delegates (beyond free allowance): GBP 1,500.00 (excl. VAT)
For additional member delegates beyond the free allowance, registration will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. A payment link will be issued to you after submission of this form. Payment by credit card is preferred. To request an invoice in place of credit card payment, please contact agm@icmagroup.org. Please note that your registration will only be processed upon receipt of full payment.

Board elections (full members only)
ICMA member firms will be invited to participate in the board elections.
The board elections will take place prior to the AGM on May 27, 2026, from 13:30 to 15:00 in accordance with ICMA's voting procedures. The voting station will be located at the registration desk in the main entrance hall on the ground floor, at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre.
The list* with the candidates nominated by the nomination committee as candidates for the board elections on May 27, 2026, will be made available here in due course.
*Please note: your ICMA website username and password will be required to view this information. This will not be applicable if the username and password has already been added.
Proxy voting (full members only)
ICMA hopes that all members will be able to participate in the board elections and to be represented at the AGM. However, should your firm be unable to send a delegate in person, we invite you to complete a proxy form so that your vote may be cast at the general meeting by your chosen proxy holder.

Press registration
ICMA welcomes participation from the press at its events. Registration and attendance is free of charge for journalists.

Virtual registration
