Overview
近年来，我国境内外债券市场发生了根本性转变：虽然熊猫债、点心债、可持续金融市场持续增长，但整体市场情绪和跨境发行受到通胀和利率上升以及地缘政治紧张局势加剧的影响。2024年宏观经济前景仍不明朗，但我们预期中国国内和国际债券市场都会出现新的创新。
全天的论坛活动将汇聚政府官员、监管机构、发行人、投资者及其他市场参与者，进一步探讨境内外债券市场的现状和未来发展。此次活动将探讨一系列主题，包括一级市场发行趋势、转型金融与分类、回购与二级市场、金融科技与数字债券、中国监管改革，以及跨境资本市场潜在的新机遇。
此次活动将以中英文进行，现场有同声传译支持。
In recent years, China’s onshore and offshore bond markets have transformed in fundamental ways: While the markets for panda bonds, dim sum bonds, and sustainable finance continue to grow, overall market sentiment and cross-border issuance has suffered from rising inflation and interest rates, as well as heightened geopolitical tensions. In 2024, the macroeconomic outlook remains uncertain but we can expect new innovations in both the Chinese domestic and international bond markets.
The forum brought together government officials, regulators, issuers, investors, and other market participants for a full day event on the current state and the future development of the Chinese domestic and international bond markets. The event explored a number of themes including primary market issuance trends, transition finance and taxonomies, repo and secondary markets, fintech and digital bonds, Chinese regulatory reforms, and potential new opportunities in the cross-border capital markets.
This event was conducted in English and Chinese with simultaneous translation.
