The ICMA Women's Network's German regional commitee presented a fireside chat about women in treasury with Ursula Radeke-Pietsch, hosted by White & Case.
Ursula Radeke-Pietsch has been working in treasury functions with Siemens group for more than 20 years, among other as global head of capital markets and group treasurer. She also serves on several supervisory boards, including HelloFresh.
Ursula shared insights on how she has made a career in corporate treasury at a time when female treasurers were still an exception to the norm. She discussed how treasury has changed in recent years and how the industry has been impacted by the promotion of more female treasurers overall.
