In light of the ongoing pandemic and in order to protect the well-being of members and staff, ICMA’s Annual General Meeting this year will once again follow a written format, whereby members will not be able to participate in the AGM in person, but rather will have to exercise their rights exclusively in writing prior to the AGM. The AGM will take place on June 24, 2021, 09.00 (CEST), at ICMA’s domicile in Zurich, which will be attended only by the Chief Executive, the Company Secretary and an appointed Teller, who will review the written responses from the membership with regard to the items on the agenda.
The AGM will be followed by a virtual conference, where ICMA members and interested non-members from the international financial markets will be able to hear a review of ICMA’s activities over the past year along with its major workstreams. Delegates will also have the opportunity to ask questions.
Full details of the event will be available in May.
