Overview

ICMA Future Leaders (IFL) and FiDurable are jointly organising a discussion to bring together practical and research perspectives on the potential of transition finance to support decarbonisation of the real economy. Designed primarily for young professionals, the event will explore how transition finance mechanisms can help bridge the gap between sustainability ambitions and real-world implementation. The discussion will provide practical insights into market developments, opportunities and challenges, while also highlighting the skills and expertise increasingly sought after in sustainable finance.

The event will conclude with a networking reception aimed at strengthening connections across the finance ecosystem and fostering exchanges between young professionals and experienced market participants.

Admission: This in-person event is free to attend and open to employees of ICMA member firms and invited guests.

ICMA and BofA Securities will hold a one-day training workshop aimed at regulators, issuers, investors and other market participants from the APAC region on June 27 at the Westin Singapore. The workshop will cover a comprehensive range of topics including: an overview of the Principles, financing themes such as climate transition, blue and biodiversity, overview of the EU/ASEAN taxonomies, an update on external reviews, disclosures and reporting as well as a case study on sustainability-linked bond issuance. Presenters will include representatives from ICMA, IFC, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan, BofA Securities, RAM Sustainability and Dentons Hong Kong.

I also understand that if ICMA does not send me such confirmation within the specified period my reservation could not be considered.
