Overview
AI adoption is surging, yet most executives still can't point to a measurable productivity gain. Both things are true, and the gap between them isn't talent. It's training, environment and trust.
Drawing on a decade interviewing the people who run the global economy, and her current work with senior leaders across global finance, central banking and the Fortune 500, Angie Lau explains why the same AI deployment produces two very different teams: one that accelerates, and one that quietly drifts back to old habits. She introduces RECCA™, a framework of five human capabilities (Resilience, Emotional Intelligence, Creativity, Communication, Adaptability) and shows how leaders either activate or suppress them through everyday implementation choices.
The talk tackles one of the most urgent questions in knowledge work: when AI removes the grunt work, how do junior people still build judgment? Attendees leave with a practical way to redesign the learning path, a clear picture of a team that thinks with AI rather than just using it, and a way to keep building their own judgment as execution gets cheaper.
