Overview
The ICMA Primary Market Handbook Seminar provided an introduction to the practical workings of the primary international debt capital markets and the standards that underpin the primary bond market. Of particular interest to junior capital market professionals, the session offered valuable insights into the conventions, documentation and processes that support bond issuance in international capital markets.
The seminar focused on the ICMA Primary Market Handbook, the market's leading reference guide to best practice in the international debt capital markets.
