Lerato began her working life as a cleaner and rose, over thirty-three years, through some of the world's most demanding institutions, including Accenture, EY, ERM and Deloitte, serving as Senior Partner, Managing Director, C-suite executive and Board Member across Africa and internationally.

In 2024 she founded Think and Grow Rich Africa, holding the exclusive African licence from the Napoleon Hill Foundation to author, teach and apply Napoleon Hill's success principles across all 54 nations. She is a Certified Transformation and Life Coach and a Certified Global Coach with the Napoleon Hill Institute, with more than 300 clients coached and four organisations born from her coaching room in twenty four months.

She is a mother of five, a wife of thirty-five years, and a woman on a mission to empower 140 million Africans through purpose-led transformation.

Through practical insights and interactive discussion, we’ll explore how to navigate workplace dynamics, command the room with confidence, own your narrative and influence high-stakes conversations while remaining authentically yourself. ICMA and BofA Securities will hold a one-day training workshop aimed at regulators, issuers, investors and other market participants from the APAC region on June 27 at the Westin Singapore. I understand that my reservation for the above conference shall be accepted and confirmed if ICMA sends me a respective confirmation in writing within 3 business days from receipt of my registration. I also understand that if ICMA does not send me such confirmation within the specified period my reservation could not be considered.
