Overview
In this energizing interactive keynote session based on the Harvard Negotiation Concept, our speaker Dr. Vera Hampel from Egger Philips will draw from lived experiences in negotiation, inviting participants to think through their negotiation effectiveness. The speaker will also unpack the gendered dynamics that influence how women are perceived at the negotiation table and introduce actionable levers to navigate the landscape with confidence and authenticity, leaving participants with sharper awareness, stronger agency and tools to elevate their everyday negotiation outcomes.
