Overview

The ICMA Women’s Network presented The Generation Game at Ashurst’s London offices. Victoria McLean of Hanover Talent Solutions, incorporating City CV, delivered practical solutions for the five biggest challenges that all generations face in their careers. Following this keynote, our industry speakers considered how the workplace has changed over the generations, how progression has affected both men and women and whether anything – or enough – has actually changed for the better in terms of workplace gender equality.
