Overview
Join ICMA on the 17 June to learn more about the publication of version 2.0 of the Bond Data Taxonomy (BDT), following its release on 27 April.
The session will provide an overview of the market developments that led to the update, including the growing number of distributed ledger technology (DLT) and traditional finance solutions adopting the BDT across the bond market. It will also consider the increasing regulatory focus on standardisation and the key topics raised by ICMA’s Primary Market Innovation Project.
Additionally, the webinar will guide participants through the new materials supporting the BDT, including a newly structured reference sheet and Frequently Asked Questions document. It will also outline the new and expanded coverage of version 2.0 as well as implementation scenarios.
Ultimately, the BDT aims to facilitate digitalisation, promote interoperability, and increase efficiency across the bond market.
Learn more about BDT 2.0 and how to leverage it for digitalisation processes from issuance, trading, settlement and distribution of debt securities.
Admission: This webinar is free to attend and is open to ICMA members and non-members. Please register in advance. Registrations will close at 17:00 BST on 16 June. Joining instructions will be sent to registered delegates separately in advance of the event.
