Andy is a highly experienced secured financing specialist with over 30 years in the market, having held senior roles across trading, sales, and desk leadership at institutions including Morgan Stanley, Barclays Capital, and CIBC.
He has extensive expertise in repo, triparty, and collateral management, with a strong track record of building and developing financing desks, implementing trading infrastructure, and optimising liquidity and risk frameworks for major financial institutions and market entrants. Andy is the founder of Repowise and has worked with a broad range of clients including investment banks, asset managers, and central banks. He has also been actively involved with the European Repo & Collateral Committee (ERCC), contributing to market best practices and regulatory discussions.
He is passionate about education and brings deep practical insight into secured finance markets to his training.
