Central bank digital currencies: what’s in it for investors?
ICMA’s Asset Management and Investors Council held a virtual event to discuss central bank digital currencies (CBDC) and how they will work for capital markets. A panel of representatives from major investors and the Banque de France looked into the use cases of CBDCs, the regulatory considerations and the impact on the investment management industry.
