ICMA线上简介答疑研讨会：《绿色债券原则》2021年的重要更新
《绿色债券原则》（GBP）、《社会责任债券原则》（SBP）、《可持续发展债券指引》（SBG）和《可持续发展挂钩债券原则》（SLBP）（统称为《原则》）是可持续主题债券的全球标准。该市场规模约1.6 万亿美元，是全球企业、银行和主权国家为可持续主题获取直接融资的最大融资渠道。2020 年全球约有 97%的可持续主题债券参考了ICMA管理的《原则》。
2021年6月，《绿色债券原则》和《社会责任债券原则》的年度大会如期召开，并发布了2021版《绿色债券原则》等指引文件的重要更新修订。ICMA作为《原则》的秘书处，特此举办中文的简介答疑研讨会，为境内外市场参与机构介绍2021年的更新内容，推动境内外最佳市场实践发展和趋同。
The Green and Social Bond Principles Annual General Meeting was held in June 2021 and the 2021 edition of GBP as well as other key documents were published. As the secretariat of the Principles, ICMA organised this briefing session in Chinese to present the important updates to the Chinese speaking market participants, promoting best market practices and consistency in the onshore and offshore markets.
