Citigroup Global Markets Asia LimitedEeswary Krishnan grew up in Penang, Malaysia and graduated from The Robert Gordon University in Scotland with a Master’s Degree in Business. She is currently a Director on the Debt Capital Markets - Asia Syndicate Desk with Citigroup Global Markets in Hong Kong. She has been on the debt syndicate desk since 2010, and has been with Citi for 13 years within a variety of capacity and departments. In her current role, her forte is advising and executing Investment Grade and Sovereign debt capital market transactions including corporates and financial institutions. Her current geographical coverage includes China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and all South East Asian countries including non-Yankee US$ Japanese issuers. She believes Asia has a tremendous amount of potential, not just in the breadth of issuers and the fast growing capital markets business, but also in a pool of young talent and future leaders of the industry. She would like to utilize the ICMA platform to promote and further develop Asian Capital Markets while introducing young talent to the future of the ICMA spectrum and professional standards.
